Why are the prices blank?
Because we publish the distillery’s real numbers or none at all. Prices, durations and group caps go live the moment they are confirmed — and publishing them is what lets a traveller justify the drive before they leave the house.
What to know before you book
Do I need to reserve, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome when the bar is open, but the guided experiences should be reserved. The building is historic and group sizes are genuinely limited — reserving is how we guarantee somebody is free to walk you through it rather than pour and move on.
How long does a tasting take?
Plan on about forty-five minutes for the guided tasting, longer if the conversation runs — and it usually does. Distiller for a Day is a full day. If you are driving in from McAllen or Laredo, build the afternoon around it rather than squeezing it in.
Are the tours in Spanish?
Yes. Tours are given in Spanish or English — say which you prefer when you book and we will have the right host. Roma sits on the border and most of our team is bilingual by default.
Can children come along?
Only adults 21 and over can taste. Families are a normal sight on the plaza and in the courtyard, so ask us when you book and we will tell you honestly what will work for the date you have in mind.
